Eligibility & Requirements

1.1. Renters must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
1.2. A valid form of identification and a major credit card are required at the time of booking.
1.3. Renters must provide proof of full-coverage insurance or opt for our insurance coverage.

Booking & Payment

2.1. A security deposit is required for all rentals and will be refunded upon return of the vehicle in its original condition.
2.2. Payment must be made in full before vehicle pickup or delivery.
2.3. Cancellations made within 27 hours/days of the rental period may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Vehicle Use & Restrictions

3.1. Vehicles may only be used for personal and legal purposes.
3.2. Off-road driving, racing, and reckless driving are strictly prohibited.
3.3. Renters are responsible for any traffic violations, tolls, and parking fees incurred during the rental period.

 Damage, Liability & Insurance

4.1. Renters are fully responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the vehicle during the rental period.
4.2. Any mechanical issues or damages must be reported immediately to Boardwalk Exotics.
4.3. Additional fees may apply for excessive wear, smoking, or cleaning requirements.

Late Returns & Extensions

5.1. Vehicles must be returned at the agreed-upon time. Late returns may result in additional charges.
5.2. Extensions must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.

 Termination of Rental

6.1. Boardwalk Exotics reserves the right to terminate a rental agreement if the renter violates any terms.
6.2. Vehicles must be returned immediately upon request if the agreement is terminated.

 Liability Waiver

7.1. Boardwalk Exotics is not responsible for any personal injuries, lost belongings, or third-party damages incurred during the rental period.

Governing Law

8.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of [State/Country], and any disputes shall be resolved accordingly.
