At Boardwalk Exotics, we strive to provide the best luxury car rental experience. We understand that plans may change, and we have outlined our Refund & Cancellation Policy below to ensure transparency and fairness for all our customers.

Cancellation Policy

• More than 72 Hours Before Rental:
  
  Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled rental time will receive a full refund (excluding any processing fees).

• 24 to 72 Hours Before Rental:
  
  Cancellations within 24 to 72 hours of the scheduled rental will receive a 50% refund of the total rental fee.

• Less than 24 Hours Before Rental:
  
  Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled rental are non-refundable.

• No-Show Policy:
  
  If the renter fails to pick up the vehicle at the scheduled time without prior cancellation, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

Refund Policy

• Security Deposits:
  
  A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals. Deposits will be returned within 5-7 business days after the vehicle is returned in the same condition it was rented. Any damages, late returns, or violations of the rental agreement may result in partial or full forfeiture of the deposit.

• Early Returns:
  
  If a vehicle is returned earlier than the agreed rental period, no refunds or credits will be issued for unused rental days.

• Weather-Related Cancellations:
  
  Rentals will proceed rain or shine. However, in the case of extreme weather conditions that make driving unsafe, rescheduling options will be provided at no extra charge.

Modification Policy

• Changes to Rental Dates:
  
  Rental modifications are subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours before the original pickup time.If rescheduling is not possible, the cancellation policy will apply.

• Vehicle Substitutions:
  
  In the rare event that the reserved vehicle is unavailable due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a comparable replacement. If no suitable alternative is available, a full refund will be provided.
